Coffee cream cake recipes or similar recipes – Angel food cake pan or tube pans
Bubble bread recipes or recipes that do not have much cream – springform pan

Should A Bundt Cake Cool In The Pan?
A Bundt cake should be allowed to cool in the baking pan as per the instruction in the recipe. It is important to follow the instruction for cooling in the pan because the time specified would allow the cake to be firm enough to be removed from the pan without breaking.
But if you leave the cake in the pan longer than specified, it would become damp and stick to the sides of the pan. This would constitute another problem; but thankfully, you can heat up the pan a little to loosen the cake from the pan.
Can I Use An Angel Food Cake Pan Instead Of A Bundt Pan?
You cannot use an angel food cake pan instead of a Bundt pan. The two pans are similar in design (they both have holes in the center) and this design allows the content to rise well and bake evenly. However, that is where the similarity ends. Bundt cake pans usually have ridged (fluted) sides and non-stick coating on the interior of the pan. Angel food cake pans on other hands have straight sides are mostly uncoated.
Angel food cake pans are suited for airy and light recipes such as sponge and of course angel food cake recipes. Bundt cake pans are ideal for thick and heavy recipes. Any attempt to interchange the cake pans would lead to frustration.
Can I Bake Any Cake Mix In A Bundt Cake Pan?
You can use a basic cake mix to prepare batter for cake to be baked in a Bundt cake pan. Remember that Bundt pans are designed for dense batter so whatever cake mix you use, the batter has to be dense.
That being said, we would therefore recommend that you use cake mix that are specifically for Bundt cake pans or that can be adapted for Bundt pans.
